In addition, Hoi An will pilot a civilized commercial street on Tran Phu and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai streets with contents such as business guidance, merchandise display, signage placement in accordance with the Regulations on the Protection of the Hoi An Ancient Town World Cultural Heritage Site, and propaganda and campaigns to say no to nylon bags and plastic waste.

Simultaneously, the project aims to create "Nguyen Thai Hoc Street - The Spice Route," recreating the commercial streetscape of the 15th and 16th centuries.

In addition, the city will develop a plan for managing nighttime business activities on Nguyen Phuc Chu Street (Minh An Ward), which includes planning and orienting products and services along the entire street, organizing business order, managing the night market, street vendors, and sidewalks in the entire area; developing a plan for the development of nighttime commercial and service businesses along the riverside streets; and a plan for exploiting and managing nighttime food business activities at Cam Chau Market.
