Without the spotlight or flashy performances, Jimin and Jungkook return to Are You Sure?! season 2 with a more intimate and genuine version.
Disney+ confirmed that the show will air a new season from December 3, continuing the motif of combining idol appeal and the spirit of unscripted reality TV - a formula that helped season 1 become the most watched non-TV content in the world for 42 days.
The new season consists of 8 episodes, recording the 12-day trip of the two members from Switzerland to Vietnam. According to Times of India, the filming took place just a week after both completed their military service - opening up an interesting "reintegration" journey through rustic and emotional experiences.
"With a limited budget and an old guidebook, Jimin and Jungkook embark on a minimalist journey from the Matterhorn cliffs in Switzerland to a boat trip to see the ancient town of Hoi An," the producer shared. It is the simplicity, sometimes clumsiness, and the challenges of making money along the way that create the unique appeal of the Jikook couple.
Switzerland kicks off your adventure with its snow-capped mountains and crystal clear lakes. According to Lonely Planet , the country boasts some of the best places to visit, combining majestic nature with stunning historic cities.

The highlight of season 2, especially for Vietnamese fans, lies in the footage filmed in Hoi An. In the official poster, Jimin and Jungkook appear on a small boat gliding on the river, enjoying the peaceful feeling of an ancient trading port that was bustling from the 15th to 19th centuries.
According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, Hoi An is famous for its architecture, a subtle blend of Chinese, Japanese and European cultures. Iconic landmarks such as the Japanese Covered Bridge, Tan Ky Ancient House, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Cam Thanh Pottery Village, Tra Que Vegetable Village, etc. are expected to appear in the series, along with An Bang Beach and My Son Sanctuary - a World Cultural Heritage Site.
Hoi An becoming a part of Jimin and Jungkook's journey is not only a joy for fans, but also an opportunity to promote Vietnamese tourism on a global platform.

Are You Sure?! Season 2 opens up rarely seen moments of Jimin and Jungkook: laughter in challenging games, good coordination when earning money along the way, and even daily moments of confusion and stumble.
For BTS fans who are used to the glamorous image of world tours, music videos with hundreds of millions of views or the role of cultural ambassadors, season 2 is like a backstage door - where fame meets real life. Jimin still poses perfectly, still maintains the halo, but interspersed with rare moments of everyday life. Jungkook is still full of energy, but cuter and closer than ever.

The first season took them to Jeju, Sapporo, and New York. But in season 2, the question is no longer "what will they do?" but "who are they when the cameras are rolling but there is no script?". It is in this intersection that the series finds its appeal and cultural significance.
The new season is more than just a travel show, it’s a heartwarming journey of friendship, growth, and the simple moments of two influential K-pop artists. A series that both ARMYs and reality TV fans can’t miss.
