The Women's Union of Dong Hung and An Minh communes held the first congress of delegates.

On the morning of October 20, the Women's Union of Dong Hung commune held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Hung commune Nguyen Hoang An presented the decision to the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Dong Hung commune, term I, 2025 - 2030.

During the last term, the Women's Union of Dong Hung commune developed 768 new members, bringing the total number of members in the commune to over 3,500. Every year, the union registers to help 2 poor or near-poor households with women, and to date, 48 households have escaped poverty. The union has registered and implemented 20 projects and tasks; maintained and newly registered 7 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models.

During the term, the association participated in the programs "Millions of gifts to share love", "Support women with disabilities", "Godmother", giving 75 million VND, 38 scholarships and over 500 gifts to poor and disabled women members, with a total amount of over 300 million VND...

The Congress announced the Decision of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union appointing the first Executive Committee consisting of 21 comrades; Comrade Nguyen Thi Day holds the position of President of the Dong Hung Commune Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress announced the Decision of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union appointing the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of An Minh commune, term I, consisting of 23 comrades; Comrade Phan Thi Diem holds the position of President of the Women's Union of An Minh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term.

During the last term, the Women's Union of An Minh commune registered to help 69 poor or near-poor households with women, and so far 35 households have escaped poverty. The Union registered and implemented 18 projects and tasks; maintained and newly registered 17 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models. The Union planted 7 flower roads with a total length of 8.5km; effectively implemented the model "Collecting waste in exchange for necessities" and the model "Sorting and treating organic waste at source with IMO biological products"...
