In 2025, the Executive Committee of the Department of Science and Technology's Trade Union sets out the following key targets:

+ Strive for the Department of Science and Technology to receive a certificate of merit from the Provincial People's Committee.

+ Strive to have 08 or more departments and units achieving the title of "Advanced Labor Collective". Of which, 02 departments and units achieving the title of "Excellent Labor Collective" were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee, and 06 units were awarded certificates of merit by the Department Director.

+ Department of Science and Technology achieved the title of "Cultural Standard Agency".

+ Grassroots trade union achieved the title of "Completing tasks well or better".

+ Strive to have over 95% of civil servants, public employees and workers who meet the conditions to be considered for the title of advanced worker.

+ Strive to have 15% of individuals achieve the title of grassroots emulation fighter.

+ Strive to have 95% or more individuals receive certificates of merit from the Department Director.

+ Strive to have 02 or more individuals receive certificates of merit from the Provincial People's Committee.

+ 100% of female civil servants and workers achieved the title of "Two-good women".
