Attending the Conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; and leaders of Party agencies under the Provincial Party Committee.

In the third quarter of 2025, after completing the merger and consolidation of Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen provinces (old) and implementing the 2-level local government model, the Party agencies of the province have focused highly and promptly deployed tasks so that the apparatus can operate stably and effectively; well performed the advisory work, serving the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee in all fields; especially preparing conditions to successfully organize the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The Party building work has been comprehensively deployed. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has advised on the issuance of 907 documents directing Party congresses at all levels; reorganizing the apparatus, streamlining the payroll, appointing and rotating cadres. The entire Party Committee has admitted 2,526 new Party members, bringing the total number of Party members to 140,429; completing the standardization of Party member data 3.0 at 99.77%. Propaganda and Mass Mobilization work has been deployed synchronously, closely following political tasks, contributing to strengthening trust and creating consensus among the people. The "smart mass mobilization" models continue to be effective, contributing to maintaining security and order, promoting the patriotic emulation movement. The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee has proactively grasped the situation, advised on timely handling of arising incidents, prevented hot spots from occurring; and performed well the role of the standing agency of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity. During the quarter, the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement work was actively carried out by Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels; the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee strengthened inspection, supervision, and strictly maintained Party discipline and order. The Provincial Party Committee Office successfully completed its advisory work, served Party committee conferences, and coordinated to successfully organize the 1st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Agencies: Provincial Political School, Thai Nguyen Newspaper, Radio and Television performed well their assigned tasks.

Discussing at the Conference, delegates reported to clarify the outstanding results of agencies and units in the third quarter; proposed and supplemented solutions to implement tasks in the fourth quarter of 2025.

In his speech, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Xuan Truong acknowledged the efforts of the Party agencies under the Provincial Party Committee in quickly stabilizing the organization and effectively implementing tasks after the province's merger and implementing the two-level local government model. He suggested that in the coming time, the agencies need to continue to innovate their working methods, improve the quality of advisory work, assist the Party Committee, ensure the comprehensive, synchronous and effective leadership of the Party; focus on applying information technology, promote digital transformation. The staff of the Party agencies must have a firm grasp of the Central's resolutions and regulations, understand the planning and actual conditions of the locality, have the ability to forecast the situation, grasp the reality, be proactive and creative in advisory work, and flexibly handle newly arising issues. At the same time, continue to review and perfect working regulations and rules; streamline the apparatus, ensure effective and efficient operations; promptly advise on the issuance of the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, contributing to quickly bringing the resolutions into life.
