The conference assessed that in the first 9 months of 2025, despite continuing to face many difficulties and challenges, with the drastic and timely leadership and direction of the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee, the efforts of all levels, sectors, localities, the business community and people of all walks of life in the province, the province's economy continued to grow well, with the gross local product (GRDP) estimated to increase by 7.31%; the investment environment was improved, attracting 144 projects with a total registered capital of VND 78,003 billion, with 2,408 newly established enterprises; industry and services recovered well; tourism welcomed over 10.6 million visitors, with revenue of about VND 24,000 billion; export turnover reached over 2.7 billion USD, reaching 96.4% of the yearly plan; budget revenue is estimated at VND 21,268 billion, reaching 88.3% of the yearly estimate. Cultural and social activities took place vigorously; national defense, security and social order were maintained; the political system continued to be streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently; social security was ensured, and the people's lives in the province were basically stable. In addition to the achieved results, the conference also assessed that the socio -economic situation in the past 9 months still had limitations and difficulties such as: GRDP growth rate has not met expectations; production and business activities in some areas still face difficulties. Diseases in livestock are complicated; agricultural production is still scattered, lacking key products to meet the requirements of commodity production and export; land encroachment, illegal exploitation of natural resources and minerals; environmental pollution in some industrial clusters, craft villages, and production and business establishments still occurs. Disbursement of public investment is still difficult; preparation of investment procedures for some key projects of the province is still slow. The work of grasping the situation of the people and public opinion is sometimes not close and not timely; mass mobilization work is still limited. The work of developing party members in some party committees has not met the requirements. The organizational structure, qualifications and capacity of staff in some agencies, units and localities after the reorganization still have many shortcomings. The security, order and crime situation in some areas still has potential complications...
