Provincial Association of the Blind commends advanced models in the period 2020-2025

(QBĐT) - On the morning of June 25, the Quang Binh Provincial Association of the Blind held the third conference to honor advanced models for the period 2020-2025. Attending the conference were comrade Dinh Viet Anh, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of the Blind and 80 advanced models of the Provincial Association of the Blind.

Responding to the emulation movement "Strengthening solidarity, proactively striving, equality, and community integration" launched by the Central Vietnam Association of the Blind, over the past 5 years, the Provincial Association of the Blind has organized many activities to spread the emulation movement in work, study, and dedication to all members.

Conference overview.

Through the economic development program, job creation, income improvement, and emulation movements to build a positive lifestyle and a responsible working spirit for each member, the blind have gradually stabilized their lives and integrated better into the community. The association has also innovated in content and form in propaganda, education, knowledge dissemination, and promoted cultural, artistic, and sports activities, helping the blind improve their quality of spiritual life.

Awarding certificates of merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Blind Association to outstanding individuals.

With the efforts of the association and each member, over the past 5 years, the Provincial Blind Association and 1 individual have been awarded the Third Class Labor Medal by the Party and the State; the Central Vietnam Blind Association awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag to the Provincial Blind Association; many groups and individuals have been awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Central Association. These results demonstrate the determination, intelligence and will to improve in life of each member of the Provincial Blind Association.

At the conference, 18 individuals received certificates of merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Blind Association and the Quang Binh Provincial Blind Association for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the movement and work of the association.
