Journalist Phan Toan Thang - Executive Committee Member, Chief of Office of Vietnam Journalists Association and delegates presented helmets to students.

Traffic accident statistics from the Ministry of Public Security show that in 2023, there were about 2,100 children killed or injured in traffic accidents. Wearing a standard helmet is a practical and effective solution to protect yourself when participating in traffic. For first graders, this is an important age to form awareness, so creating a habit for them to always wear a standard helmet when sitting behind a motorbike is extremely important.
