Today, May 7, the Provincial Police Department organized a workshop to disseminate and contribute to the drafting of draft laws chaired by the Ministry of Public Security to be submitted to the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly. Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Hoang Duc Thang; Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong attended.
At the workshop, from practical work and combat, police delegates from units and localities analyzed and clarified the practical basis and the necessity of building and amending 6 draft laws drafted by the Ministry of Public Security to be submitted to the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly , including: Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Security Guards; Law on Prevention and Combat of Human Trafficking (amended); Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools (amended); Law on Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization.

Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue. The promulgation of these draft laws has very important political and legal significance, creating a solid foundation to help the police force proactively advise the Party and State in formulating policies and strategies on ensuring security and order, effectively implementing tasks and solutions to protect national security and ensure social order and safety.
The workshop is organized to receive comments and create consensus within the political system and among all classes of people in the process of building and amending draft laws related to public security work.
Speaking at the workshop, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Hoang Duc Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of delegates in the police force.
From the opinions of the delegates, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will collect, study and contribute opinions to help perfect the draft laws.
