Workshop on promoting human resource management for Vietnam's healthcare system

On July 18, the University of Public Health in collaboration with the Khanh Hoa Department of Health organized a national workshop to launch the scientific and technological task "Promoting human resource management for the Vietnamese health system, focusing on HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis prevention and control". The workshop was attended by nearly 60 delegates representing the Department of Health, the Center for Disease Control, the Tuberculosis and Lung Disease Hospital, and other relevant units of 9 provinces and cities.

The science and technology task “Promoting human resource management for the Vietnamese health system, focusing on HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis prevention and control” is implemented by the University of Public Health. There are 9 provinces and cities participating in the task, including Khanh Hoa province. The implementation period is from 2025 to 2028. The goal of the task is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the national health system in responding to the HIV, tuberculosis pandemic and other public health threats through strengthening human resource management. The activities to be implemented include: Adjusting and perfecting the human resource management toolkit; organizing training courses, experience sharing workshops, etc.
