Contest "I love People's Police soldiers"

On the afternoon of June 10, the Provincial Police and the Provincial Youth Union jointly organized the contest "I love the People's Police Soldiers". Attending and congratulating the contest were comrades: Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Colonel To Anh Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police; leaders of the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Police, and a large number of union members and young people.

The contest was attended by 6 teams representing districts, towns, and city unions in the province. The teams went through 3 rounds: knowledge round, eloquence round, and propaganda skit round on a specific topic.

In the knowledge competition, the participating teams answered 10 multiple choice questions displayed on the computer. Then, they participated in a speech contest with topics on the role of the People's Public Security in ensuring traffic safety at schools, preventing child sexual abuse,educating students about the law, preventing juvenile crime; preventing natural disasters; and the history of the establishment, fighting and growth of the People's Public Security force.

With careful preparation of content, script, and illustrations, the teams conveyed many meaningful messages, clearly depicting the image of the People's Police in propaganda work, participating in ensuring traffic order and safety; preventing school violence, fire prevention and fighting, preventing fraud through cyberspace...

Director of Provincial Police To Anh Dung and Secretary of Provincial Youth Union Tran Ngoc Nam presented Certificates of Merit of the Provincial Youth Union and prizes to the first prize winning team.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the team from Phu Ly City Youth Union, two second prizes to the teams from Duy Tien Town Youth Union and Binh Luc District Youth Union, and three third prizes to the teams from Kim Bang Town Youth Union, Ly Nhan District Youth Union, and Thanh Liem District Youth Union.

The contest "I love the People's Public Security Soldiers" is organized to propagate and educate Ha Nam youth and people of all walks of life about the glorious 80-year history of building, fighting and growing of the heroic Vietnam People's Public Security Force, about the meaning of the National Day for National Security Protection.
