Youth of the Homeland towards the Congress

These days, all over the homeland, from central wards to remote and mountainous areas, flags and slogans are brightly decorated to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, a political event of special importance to the entire Party, army and people in the province. Joining the exciting competitive atmosphere to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels for the term 2025 - 2030, the youth of the whole province have been making efforts to carry out many specific and practical works and tasks, contributing to spreading humanistic values, for the community as well as entrusting the young generation's trust in the leadership of the Party.

Practically welcoming the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Provincial Youth Union has directed its affiliated youth organizations to promote implementation, launch patriotic emulation movements among youth union members and well organize activities to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels such as: Focusing on socio -economic development, caring for the material and spiritual life of people and youth union members, participating in building infrastructure, urban beautification, installing signs for works welcoming the congress, continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style... Propaganda activities have helped cadres, youth union members and people deeply perceive the meaning and importance of the Party Congresses at all levels, contributing to motivating the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army to promote patriotism, self-reliance and the strength of great national unity.

These days, the youth of the whole province are actively participating in activities of collecting, classifying, and treating waste in residential areas, central markets, and beautifying the landscape of cultural houses, schools, and offices... Clean and beautiful roads, green fences, and colorful flower roads are vivid evidence of the spirit of emulation, contributing to the success of the Provincial Party Congress. Comrade Do Truong Tho - Secretary of the Youth Union of Ban Nguyen commune said: In order to practically welcome the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, the Youth Union of the commune has implemented activities such as Volunteer Saturday, Green Sunday, building flower roads... attracting a large number of union members to participate. The youth's strength with nimble hands clearing bushes, collecting garbage, and cleaning village roads has contributed to creating a clean and beautiful appearance for the homeland".

On this occasion, many sports, cultural and artistic activities organized by all levels, sectors and localities also attracted a large number of youth union members to participate, creating a vibrant atmosphere, encouraging youth and people to promote emulation movements to welcome important political events as well as contribute to building the homeland and country to become more and more prosperous.

Towards the 1st Provincial Party Congress, each youth union organization and each individual youth union member has specific and meaningful activities and tasks that demonstrate the spirit of vanguard and responsibility of youth to their homeland, country, and Party. The voluntary applications to join the army during this year's military recruitment season of youth union members in the province further affirm the spirit of self-awareness, awareness, and responsibility of youth towards their homeland and country. Notably, previously, the mobilization of 600 youth union members with 1,300 working days to participate in supporting site clearance, cutting down trees, relocating houses... to implement the Lao Cai - Vinh Yen 500kV transmission line project of the Provincial Youth Union or participating in supporting people at the Public Administration Service Centers, working with local authorities to effectively operate the two-level government model and promote digital transformation from the grassroots... are also meaningful tasks of the province's youth to celebrate the province's important political event.

The Provincial Youth Union has promoted propaganda about the meaning and importance of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 to the Youth Union members and youth through the following forms: Youth Union activities, hanging banners, propaganda on social networking platforms... Thereby, creating unity in ideology, awareness and action; encouraging union members and youth to promote the spirit of vanguard, volunteerism and creativity of youth.

Welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels, the Provincial Youth Union has launched many youth projects to educate traditions and spread revolutionary ideals that are being vigorously implemented such as: Restoring historical relic sites, building flag routes and propaganda billboards to welcome the Provincial Party Congress. The Youth Union bases have simultaneously launched movements such as: Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; joining hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; building bright - green - clean - beautiful roads...

The activities held at the Youth Camp of Yen Lac commune with the theme: "Yen Lac youth are proud and confident in following the Party" are practical activities to welcome the success of the Party Congresses at all levels and the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Along with that, the Youth Union units also actively implemented volunteer activities with diverse and rich programs and activities associated with the needs of social life such as: Giving gifts to poor students who overcome difficulties, policy households, donating the project "Lighting up the countryside"... Typically, in mid-September, in Da Bac commune, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with local authorities and units to inaugurate the construction of classrooms at Ngu Mai school, Hien Luong Primary and Secondary School with a budget of 300 million VND and gave 80 gifts to students in difficult circumstances... The Youth Union of Hung Viet commune coordinated with units to inaugurate and hand over projects to join hands in building advanced new rural areas for residential areas including: "Lighting up the countryside" in Doc Ngát area, "children's playground" in An Ninh area and "painting traffic propaganda pictures" at the gate of Phu Lac Primary School...

The important event of the Provincial Party Committee is approaching, on the land of Phu Tho, the green volunteer shirt is spreading to every street and alley with specific and practical work, contributing to the journey of building an increasingly developed homeland. The youth works and projects inaugurated on this occasion are practical activities to welcome the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term of the youth of the whole province.
