Thai Quang Kindergarten has a total usable area of 7,500m², solidly built with 2 floors, including 18 classrooms and 7 functional rooms. All rooms are fully equipped, ensuring a safe and friendly learning and living environment for children. For nearly 10 years of operation, the school has nurtured and educated generations of workers' children, helping them to study, play and develop comprehensively. In the 2025-2026 school year alone, the school has 13 classes with 406 children.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nam, who works at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, said he feels very secure sending his child to the school built by the company where he works.

“The school is located near the company, so it is very convenient for workers to drop off their children before going to work at the factory, no longer having to worry about dropping off their children every morning. What is special is that the children study in a clean environment, with guaranteed facilities and teachers who care and love the children. In addition, the low tuition fee also reduces the financial burden on workers,” Mr. Nam shared.

Every morning, the image of children chirping and greeting their parents, entering the classroom with innocent smiles has become a great encouragement for workers to work with peace of mind and stay with the company for a long time. Many workers expressed their joy and peace of mind because their children not only have a good learning environment but also the school managed by the company has guaranteed quality and cheaper tuition than outside. Each month, workers only need to pay 880 thousand VND in tuition, the company supports the rest.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Kop, who has been with the company for 11 years, has just sent his 3-year-old child to Thai Quang Kindergarten. Mr. Kop said: Having a clean, modern school at work to send their children to is a happy thing for many workers. Workers feel secure when their children have a safe place to study and play, and are taken care of by teachers when they work overtime.

Nutritious meals, creative lessons, and rich extracurricular activities are carefully organized, suitable for the conditions and circumstances of the workers’ children,” said Ms. Vu Ngoc Lan.

In particular, the school focuses on building a cultural life with many movements and activities organized for teachers and children to participate and experience together. In addition, the school also organizes festivals for children, the Spring of Love Program or takes children on tours of military barracks. Thanks to that, every day at school, children not only learn to read, sing, and experience reality, but also "learn to be human" in an environment filled with love.

Class teacher Luong Thi Thanh Truc said: After many years of being close to, caring for, and educating workers' children, she has received much joy from the children's growth and the happiness of their parents.

“Every month, the school admits many children when new workers come to work at the enterprise, including children from ethnic minorities. Therefore, I and other teachers always take care of and approach the children with gentleness and perseverance so that they can quickly integrate and develop comprehensively physically and mentally,” Ms. Truc shared.

The cooperation of enterprises in investing in building kindergartens for workers' children not only demonstrates social responsibility but also contributes to creating a sustainable and humane working environment. This is also a model that needs to be replicated in many industrial parks in Dong Nai province. In 2020, Thai Quang Kindergarten achieved level 2 education quality accreditation and level 1 national standard school.
