More than 1.8 million customers of Northern Electricity have had power restored.

Storm No. 10 (BUALOI) caused heavy rain and strong winds in many provinces in the Central and North Central regions, damaging a series of power lines and transformer stations, causing power interruptions to millions of customers on the power grid managed by the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC).

With the motto "4 on-site", power companies have been on duty all night, promptly present at the scene to handle incidents, and gradually restore power to people.

As of 7:00 a.m. on September 30, 2025, the total number of affected customers was 3,519,177; 1,829,979 customers have been restored, and the remaining 1,689,198 customers are still being repaired.

The 110kV grid has restored 35/35 transformer stations, currently 7 lines are still affected (4 in Thanh Hoa , 3 in Nghe An). In the medium voltage grid, 11,750/24,849 transformer stations and 415/726 lines have been restored.

EVNNPC prioritizes restoring power to important loads such as hospitals, medical facilities, drainage pumping stations, storm and flood prevention agencies, etc. Thousands of electricity officials and workers continue to work day and night to soon restore safe and stable power supply to all customers.
