According to Mr. Sy, the application of digital signatures in the digital transformation process is extremely important. In the coming time, the City People's Committee will submit to the People's Council a policy of exemption and reduction of fees and charges for using online public services and online payments to encourage people and businesses to participate in the implementation.
Hanoi aims to increase the rate of online public service usage in the coming time, ensuring that 100% of people have accounts on the public service portal, and that at least 50% of arising records are received and processed online.
