We hope that we will try to overcome the weather conditions to complete the task well... If it rains on National Day - the main day of the parade like this, we still have to go well. Not because of the weather conditions, not because of wet clothes, not because of faces full of rain that we do not go well. There is no time for us to do it again”.

According to General Phan Van Giang, from the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification, and this time the 80th anniversary of the founding of the country, each day, each step, each action, each deed and the determination of the forces participating in the parade have become much stronger.

“Many comrades volunteered. There were groups of comrades who volunteered to participate in the parade this time. From that, we can see that the will, responsibility, national pride, and patriotism of our officers, soldiers, and youth are now very high,” said the Minister.

General Phan Van Giang praised and acknowledged the efforts of the forces participating in the parade, especially those who had very difficult circumstances but had overcome and put aside personal matters to participate in this extremely meaningful task.

“I really admire the comrades who participated in all three parades, from May 7, 2024 to now. Many comrades participated in two parades. There were cases where both husband and wife participated in the parade. This is something to be respected in light of the responsibility of each person, each individual, each comrade to the collective, to the Fatherland, to the country,” General Phan Van Giang expressed.

In particular, General Phan Van Giang highly appreciated the parade and marching of the female units, the military band unit... Regarding the vehicles of both the Army and the Police, Minister Phan Van Giang commented that "they went very well, very evenly", and at the same time hoped that the forces would recreate this beauty and strength on the official day of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, so that each step would become stronger and more majestic. International guests and friends from all over the world, when watching our parade and march, looking at the Army, Police, militia and guerrillas as well as other forces, will clearly see the solidarity demonstrated through this strength.
