More than 10,900 candidates complete procedures to take the 2025 high school graduation exam

In the 2025 high school graduation exam, Phu Yen has 10,913 candidates registered to take the exam, an increase of 240 candidates compared to 2024. Of which, 10,635 candidates will take the exam under the 2018 GeneralEducation Program and 278 independent candidates will take the exam under the 2006 General Education Program. The whole province has arranged 28 exam sites with 474 official exam rooms (an increase of 16 exam rooms compared to 2024) and 106 backup exam rooms located at secondary and high schools in districts, towns and cities. Each exam room is arranged for 24 candidates. The distance from the exam council to the farthest exam site is about 70km and the nearest is 1km. The Department of Education and Training summoned 2,263 officials and teachers to work at the exam.

At exactly 2:00 p.m. on June 25, candidates will be present at the examination room to listen to the announcement of the examination regulations, examination schedule, and correction of errors (if any). The supervisors note that candidates must absolutely not leave documents, bags, notebooks, books, phones, recording devices, and video recording devices in front of the examination room door, but must leave them at least 25 meters away from the examination room. This is a regulation of the Ministry of Education and Training , so all examination sites must strictly comply. At each examination site, in addition to arranging official examination rooms, there will be 3-5 backup rooms; at the same time, there will be an area to store belongings and items for candidates...

At the exam site of Nguyen Trai High School, candidate Nguyen Hoang Nguyen Minh, class 12A5, Nguyen Hue High School (Tuy Hoa City), shared: "I took the 2025 high school graduation exam to get the results for admission to block C1, majoring in Physics Pedagogy, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. Therefore, from the beginning of the school year, I proactively studied all subjects, especially the 3 subjects of Math, Physics and Literature. Currently, I am confident entering this exam."

According to Mr. Le Thanh Phuong, Principal of Nguyen Hue High School (Tuy Hoa City), Head of the examination site of Phan Dinh Phung High School (Song Cau Town), in order for the exam to take place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations, on the morning of June 25, the examination council deployed the examination regulations for the invigilators. In the afternoon of the same day, the invigilators deployed the examination regulations to the candidates, and at the same time thoroughly explained the regulations as well as the responsibilities of the candidates when entering the examination room to avoid violating the examination regulations. Up to this point, all work has been deployed in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place from June 26-27. On the morning of June 26, candidates will take the Literature exam for 120 minutes, and the Math exam in the afternoon for 90 minutes. On the morning of June 27, candidates taking the exam according to the 2006 General Education Program will take the Natural Science combination exam (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or the Social Science exam (History, Geography, Civic Education), each subject will last 50 minutes. Candidates taking the exam according to the 2018 General Education Program will take the first and second optional subjects on the morning of June 27, each subject will last 50 minutes.
