No Va Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company (Novaland) has just announced a document updating the legal progress at the Aqua City project ( Dong Nai province), and the progress of granting pink books at central urban real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, in 2025, Novaland's real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City are expected to issue pink books for 7,041 units.

Most of these come from two projects: Sunrise Riverside, Nha Be (3,117 units) and The Sun Avenue project, Thu Duc City (2,894 units).

Notably, the announced list includes more than 500 officetels belonging to the Sunrise Riverside project and the Orchard Garden project.

In fact, since mid-June 2024, Novaland announced that 1,200 apartments and low-rise houses in projects in Ho Chi Minh City will be granted pink books in 2024. Of which, the company has handed over pink books to residents in the low-rise area of the Victoria Village project.

After Victoria Village, Novaland plans to continue to hand over more than 1,000 pink books for the Sunrise Riverside project. In addition, about 3,000 apartments for The Sun Avenue project and 178 low-rise houses for the Palm City project are also completing paperwork to apply for approval to be eligible for pink books in the near future.

Regarding the Aqua City project, the approval by the Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee to locally adjust the 1/10,000 master plan for subdivision C4, part of the urban area west of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau highway, marks a decisive step in resolving legal issues for Novaland Group's Aqua City project, which has been stuck for more than 2 years.

The adjustment aims to ensure consistency at the next planning levels, paving the way for the completion of the adjustment of the C4 subdivision planning and the 1/500 detailed planning of the Aqua City project, expected to be completed in early 2025.

This is the result of the direction of the Government and ministries, departments and branches to remove obstacles, a legal boost, creating confidence for the business community in the Government's general policy in drastically removing obstacles in legal procedures for projects that are still stuck; at the same time, it is a launching pad for Novaland to recover and accelerate after a challenging period.

Novaland said that banks have disbursed credit packages of up to VND3,250 billion to develop subdivisions in Aqua City. At the same time, a number of financial institutions have committed to providing additional loan packages with a total value of over VND10,000 billion so that Novaland can continue to develop infrastructure, build and hand over houses to customers in 2025 - 2026.

Currently, more than 700 villas and townhouses have been handed over, forming a civilized community of residents. Sub-areas such as River Park 2, Sun Harbor 2, Ever Green... are speeding up construction progress, in parallel with the completion of a series of utilities.
