MEETING OF ORGANIZING COMMITTEE AND JURIES OF THE CONTEST "CHILDREN PROPAGANDA AND BOOK INTRODUCTION" IN LANG SON PROVINCE IN 2025

On the morning of October 21, 2025, at the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lang Son province, a meeting was held between the Organizing Committee and the Jury of the "Children's Book Promotion and Introduction" Contest in Lang Son province in 2025. The meeting aimed to report on the implementation of the Contest, and at the same time agree on preparations for the Opening Ceremony, summary and award ceremony.

The 2025 Lang Son Province "Children's Book Promotion and Introduction" Contest, with the theme "My Beloved Book" , was launched in September 2025, for students of junior high schools across the province. Immediately after launching, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued the rules and deployed the plan to communes and wards across the province; presided over and coordinated with Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station, the Provincial Department of Education and Training, relevant agencies and units to widely propagate the purpose, meaning, content and time of the Contest.

Thanks to extensive propaganda, the contest received positive responses from communes and wards. There were 14 communes and wards registered to participate in the contest.

According to the plan, the Opening, Closing and Awarding Ceremony of the Competition is expected to be held on November 13-14, 2025 at the Lang Son Provincial Cultural Center . At the meeting, members of the Organizing Committee and the Jury discussed and gave opinions on a number of contents for the preparation work such as the Program, awards, scoring sheets, scripts, etc.

The Organizing Committee agreed to consider awarding additional prizes in addition to the main prizes specified in the plan to recognize the outstanding and creative performances of the contestants, thereby contributing to making this year's contest richer and more attractive.
