Promoting digital transformation application
For the past four years, the Center has organized a regular job fair every Thursday in both face-to-face and online formats. This is an idea to innovate the connection between businesses and workers. In addition to companies in the province, the fair also attracted hundreds of businesses from many northern mountainous provinces to participate in recruitment. To increase the connection efficiency, when businesses with recruitment needs register with the Center, the unit will classify job positions according to requirements, salary levels, welfare policies, etc.

At the job fairs, the Center specifically lists this information; arranges areas, equipment, consultants, and supports direct and online recruitment interviews. Most workers participating in the job fairs carefully research the information before submitting their applications.
Ms. Hoang Thi Bich (born in 1995) in Luc Nam commune worked for many years in an industrial park in Thai Nguyen province. After getting married and having a child, she wanted to return home to work. After researching and understanding the recruitment information of Lens Vietnam Technology Limited Company (Quang Chau Industrial Park) that matched her skills and conditions, she registered for recruitment. At the Center, she was interviewed online by a business representative and was scheduled to start work in November.
Mr. Tran Van Quang, Head of the Department of Consulting, Introduction and Job Forecasting, said: In recent years, to keep up with the trend and increase the efficiency of connecting labor supply and demand, the unit has actively applied information technology and digital transformation in many activities such as: Deploying digitalization of archived records; upgrading the website running on IOS and Android platforms for easy viewing and use on mobile phones; putting into operation Zalo OA switchboard with software to answer and send automatic messages to employees and businesses; maximizing the utility of social networking platforms in consulting and introducing jobs. The unit updates recruitment needs through websites and social networking sites such as: Fanpage of Bac Giang Job Exchange, application "Vieclambacgiang" ... Thereby, helping businesses and employees grasp the most complete and accurate information about the current labor market and forecast in the coming time. Especially minimizing the situation of job application fraud by bad actors.
Replicating the model of cooperation with vocational schools and businesses
As a unit under the Department of Home Affairs, the main task of the Center is to advise and introduce jobs to workers, meeting the human resource needs of enterprises. To do this, the unit's professional staff regularly grasp, collect, and analyze the labor market and recruitment needs of enterprises; innovate transaction sessions to disseminate information, advise and introduce jobs. Since the beginning of the year, the Center has organized 48 job transaction sessions (including 36 regular sessions; 5 online sessions; 3 mobile sessions; 4 thematic sessions). In addition, it has organized 2 job fairs for ethnic minority and mountainous workers (in the old Son Dong district) and union members and youth (in Hiep Hoa commune). As a result, about 300 enterprises participated, attracting more than 24,600 workers to the sessions.

Currently, 62 enterprises are registering their direct labor recruitment needs at the Center with a total of more than 102,600 positions, mainly in the electronics and garment sectors. Some enterprises recruiting many workers are: Hong Hai Science and Technology Group 10,000 people; Newwing Interconnect Technology Limited Liability Company (Van Trung Industrial Park) 10,500 people; Luxshare-ICT Limited Liability Company (Quang Chau Industrial Park - Van Trung Industrial Park) 2,000 people; Crystal Martin Vietnam Limited Liability Company (Quang Chau Industrial Park) 5,000 people.
Talking with Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son, Director of the Center, it is known that with the results in investment attraction and industrial development activities of the province, the recruitment needs of enterprises in the area will increase in the coming time. To connect labor supply and demand, an important solution that the unit focuses on implementing is to build linkage models between enterprises and vocational schools. From 2020 to now, the Center has signed a memorandum of understanding on training and labor supply with many vocational schools and enterprises such as: Industrial Technical College, Vietnam - Korea Technology College Bac Giang, Bac Giang Mountainous College, Siflex Vietnam Limited Liability Company, Hong Hai Science and Technology Group. As a result, every year, thousands of students have jobs at enterprises after graduation. “This cooperation helps businesses recruit qualified human resources for the job position, reducing costs and retraining time. As for young people, after a period of practical experience at the business, they accumulate experience, professional skills and have the opportunity to find a job after graduation,” Mr. Son emphasized.
To complete the province's employment plan, Bac Ninh Employment Service Center No. 1 focuses on innovating the form to improve the effectiveness of job fairs. In particular, priority is given to organizing mobile job fairs down to areas where workers have a high demand for jobs. At the same time, online sessions are increased, connecting with remote areas - where workers have difficulty accessing information and other provinces with abundant human resources. In particular, the Center promotes the application of technology and digital transformation by setting up a hotline for online job consultation and introduction via the website, fanpage and zalo using the phone number of the staff. Thereby, creating favorable conditions for workers to access official information sources, avoiding risks when looking for jobs.
