Improve skills and expertise for social insurance and health insurance collection staff

On October 23, Tay Ninh Provincial Social Insurance (SSI) organized the first training conference for employees of social insurance and health insurance (HI) collection service organizations in 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of Tay Ninh Social Insurance Vo Van Thao emphasized that the social insurance and health insurance policies are considered humane and superior policies, playing a pivotal role in the social security system of our Party and State. In recent times, social insurance and health insurance collection service organizations have been the "extended arms" of the social insurance agency. The team of social insurance and health insurance collection staff is the "bridge" between the social insurance agency and the people, promptly spreading and bringing social security policies to all classes of people.

Attending the conference, trainees were equipped with necessary knowledge revolving around 5 contents: Regimes and policies for voluntary social insurance participants; new points of Decree 188/2025/ND-CP guiding the implementation of the Law on Health Insurance; communication skills, voluntary social insurance consultation, family health insurance; procedures for collecting and issuing books and cards for social insurance and health insurance participants; instructions on registration and installation of the VSSID application.

At the same time, students also had the opportunity to discuss and answer questions about the topics they were trained in and real-life situations during the propaganda and mobilization process. At the end of the conference, students completed a summary report, which was the basis for evaluating the effectiveness of each student's knowledge acquisition.

The organization of training for the staff collecting social insurance and health insurance premiums is maintained and implemented annually by the provincial Social Insurance to ensure that the staff is fully equipped with the capacity, qualifications and skills to perform their duties, contributing to expanding coverage and improving service quality for the people./.
