Businesswoman Pham Thi Ngoc Ha was honored twice as 'Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman

98 outstanding female entrepreneurs nationwide were honored with the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Female Entrepreneur - Golden Rose" in 2025

On the occasion of the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day October 13 and Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, the "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose 2025" award ceremony was directed by the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI); coordinated by the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women); organized by the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council and Business Forum Magazine, honoring 98 outstanding businesswomen nationwide.

This is a national award organized by VCCI every 5 years, for female entrepreneurs with outstanding contributions to economic development and job creation.

This is the second time Ms. Ngoc Ha has received this noble award; at the same time, it is a worthy recognition for her continuous efforts in production innovation, contribution to private economic development and the pioneering role of Vietnamese female entrepreneurs in the integration period.

With more than three decades of experience in the food industry, Ms. Ngoc Ha has built a prestigious brand, associated with the criteria of "safe food - competitive prices - for community health".

Starting her business during difficult years, Ms. Ha persistently built San Ha with dedication and passion for her career. Up to now, San Ha has become one of the pioneering enterprises operating in a closed value chain, from livestock farms to manufacturing - processing and distribution factories. San Ha's distribution system covers the whole country, including the San Ha Foodstore convenience store chain, wholesale markets, traditional markets, restaurants and hotels, industrial meals, school kitchens, etc., contributing to bringing safe and quality food closer to consumers.

The company owns a modern processing factory in Tay Ninh province, contributing to promoting the development of the safe food industry, while creating stable jobs for hundreds of local workers.

The title of “Golden Rose” in 2025 is a worthy recognition for the persistent efforts of businesswoman Pham Thi Ngoc Ha - a woman with passion, courage and always puts “trust” first.
