The provincial relief committee met to agree on allocating support for damage caused by natural disasters.

On the afternoon of October 23, the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee held a meeting to agree on the allocation of housing damage support for households affected by Storm No. 10 and post-storm floods, as requested by the Department of Agriculture and Environment in Document No. 217/TTr-SNNMT dated October 21, 2025. Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee chaired the meeting.

According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the recent natural disaster has caused significant damage to property, especially housing of people in many localities in the province. Based on the review results, the Department proposed appropriate support levels for each group of affected households, ensuring publicity, transparency, correct subjects, compliance with State regulations and the operating regulations of the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee. At the meeting, members of the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee discussed and contributed opinions to agree on the plan for allocating support resources.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee, emphasized: Housing support for affected households is a humane and urgent task, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love of the whole community. He requested relevant units to promptly complete procedures, ensure funding reaches the right recipients, on schedule; at the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation process so that the relief work achieves practical results, contributing to the early stabilization of people's lives.
