Attending the conference were representatives from the functional agencies of the Army Corps; and representatives, leaders, officers, and teachers from Vocational College No. 21.
Representing the Lao Ministry of Defence were Lieutenant Phetsavan Chanthavong - Assistant to the Expert Committee, Trainee of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Lieutenant Colonel Vola Chit Khota - Head of the trainee delegation, along with 20 officers participating in the training course.

The training course will be held over two months (from August 22nd to October 20th, 2025) with 11 in-depth training modules on cultivation techniques, care and pest control for food crops and industrial crops; livestock, poultry, and freshwater aquaculture techniques; and agricultural production and business planning…
The training program is scientifically and rigorously organized, combining theory and practice, and linked with field trips to agricultural production models in units and localities throughout Gia Lai province.
At the end of the training course, 100% of the trainees completed the program. The trainees highly appreciated the attention and support provided by the 15th Army Corps and the school in terms of facilities, living conditions, learning environment, and cultural and sports exchange activities.

Speaking at the conference, the representative of the Lao Ministry of National Defence expressed deep gratitude to the 15th Army Corps and Vocational College No. 21 for their dedicated assistance and for creating favorable conditions for the trainees to successfully complete the training program.
At the same time, it was affirmed that the course results are a valuable source of knowledge, helping Lao officials improve their professional capacity and effectively apply it to their work, contributing to local economic development.
