On December 12th, coffee prices maintained their upward trend.

(GLO) - While the pepper market remained stable on December 12th, coffee prices continued their upward trend, increasing by 500-600 VND/kg, bringing the purchase price in key growing regions to 101,300-102,000 VND/kg.

In Gia Lai, coffee is currently priced at 101,300 VND/kg, an increase of 500 VND/kg. Similarly, in Lam Dong province, coffee is being purchased at the same price as Gia Lai after an increase of 600 VND/kg compared to yesterday. Meanwhile, in Dak Lak province, coffee reached 101,800 VND/kg, also an increase of 500 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, on the world market, Robusta coffee prices on the London exchange rose again. The January 2026 contract increased by $57/ton to $4,278/ton; the March 2026 contract increased by $45/ton to $4,183/ton.

On the New York exchange, Arabica coffee prices also rose sharply and continuously across delivery periods. Accordingly, the December 2025 delivery increased by 4.7 cents/lb to 405.5 cents/lb; and the March 2026 delivery increased by 7.2 cents/lb to 379.5 cents/lb.
