Currently, on an area of ​​52 hectares, Quan Ngoc village has 143 households cultivating 329 rice fields, each household has an average of 2 to 3 fields. In this conversion phase, the village will carry out the conversion, focusing all of this area towards the goal of re-planning the synchronous infrastructure system to ensure that each converted plot is adjacent to the internal road and irrigation canal for the most convenient cultivation in the future.
