According to the program, the 20th Congress of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, will be held for 3 days, from October 14 to 16, 2025.
The Congress was solemnly held at the 25B Conference Center (Hac Thanh Ward) with the participation of 487 official delegates and about 250 invited delegates. This is the Congress with the largest number of delegates ever.
First working day (October 14): In the morning, the Congress delegation will offer flowers and incense at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area, the Temple of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Martyrs, Ham Rong Martyrs Cemetery and hold a Congress preparatory session. In the afternoon, the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of large-scale projects and works to welcome the Congress will be held.
