Meeting of the Personnel Subcommittee and the Party Congress Document Subcommittee

At the meeting, the delegates basically agreed with the Draft Action Plan of the two Subcommittees. The contents of the Draft are specified from the purpose, requirements to the work content, progress, assignment and implementation organization.

Directing at the meeting, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Inspector General of the Government Doan Hong Phong requested that the development of the Implementation Plan of the Sub-Committees must closely follow the instructions of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc, and at the same time, thoroughly grasp the requirements and contents of the development of Documents to be submitted to the Party Congresses at all levels stated in Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo.

In particular, the Draft Documents submitted to the Congress must review and evaluate correctly and honestly the achievements and results, as well as the limitations, weaknesses and causes in the implementation of the Resolution of the 23rd Party Congress, draw experiences in leadership and direction; at the same time, propose specific policies, goals, targets and feasible tasks and solutions, suitable to the reality of the Party Committee for implementation.

The Party Secretary and the Government Inspector General directed that the preparation of reports should be concise and realistic, selecting key issues for leadership, direction and implementation. The organization of the development of documents must be urgent, while promoting the contributions and participation of the Party Committee, cadres, Party members and key leaders so that the documents are truly the crystallization of the Party Committee's wisdom, thereby creating consensus and high unity of will, strengthening solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee.
