The house was built with a structure of walls, cement floor, and corrugated iron roof; the total cost was 90 million VND, of which, the Provincial Youth Union mobilized the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development ( BIDV ) Tay Ninh branch to support 60 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family and locality.
Ngo Gia Phat's family is a poor household in the locality. His parents work for hire with unstable income.
At the ceremony, the family representative expressed deep gratitude to all levels, sectors, organizations and benefactors for their concern and support. The new house is a great source of encouragement, helping the family stabilize their lives, creating conditions for Phat to study and practice to become a good child, a good student and a good team member.
“Red Scarf House” is a meaningful activity to support students facing housing difficulties. At the same time, it contributes to effectively implementing the Party and State’s policies on ensuring social security, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, and caring for the lives of poor, near-poor households and vulnerable people in society.
