Accordingly, the Trade Union activities in Go Dau district have had many positive changes, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of workers and building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
According to the report of the Go Dau District Labor Federation, the labor relations situation in the area is basically stable, with no labor disputes. The income and employment of workers have improved. However, the situation of social insurance debt at some non-state enterprises is still complicated, requiring timely solutions to ensure the legitimate rights of workers.
In the work of developing union members, the district has recruited 1,442 new union members and established one grassroots union for an enterprise with 25 or more employees. The district currently has 127 grassroots unions with more than 7,500 union members, of which women account for more than 63%.
Activities to care for union members and workers were carried out synchronously, notably the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" with 858 gifts and 78 bus tickets given away, totaling over 599 million VND. The grassroots trade unions of enterprises also organized visits and gave away Tet gifts with over 6,400 gifts, totaling nearly 2 billion VND.
In addition, political and legal education and propaganda work; women's work and the emulation movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework" continue to be promoted. In the administrative sector, up to 95% of female officials and civil servants register for this emulation title.
Union financial work achieved positive results, in which the union fund collection rate reached more than 36%, union dues reached nearly 27% of the annual plan. Most enterprises strictly implemented the payment of funds through the Vietnam Trade Union account.
On this occasion, the District Labor Federation awarded certificates of merit to 22 collectives and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities in the first 6 months of 2025.
