Having worked in many other positions, in 2009, teacher Le Ngoc Thuat was transferred to work at the Department of Education and Training of Ngoc Lac district. In November 2016, he continued to be transferred and appointed as Principal of Kien Tho Secondary School. At that time, the facilities were still facing many difficulties and the quality of education was still limited. Faced with this situation, teacher Le Ngoc Thuat and the school's board of directors focused on discussing and proposing solutions to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Therein, focusing on encouraging teachers to study to improve their qualifications and professional skills; actively innovating teaching methods, applying information technology in lectures; at the same time, actively advising the District People's Committee, Party committees, and local authorities to pay attention to investing in building school facilities, classrooms, functional rooms and renovating the campus. Coordinate with representatives of parents to have measures to manage and motivate students to comply with the school's rules and regulations; Efforts to improve the quality of education towards comprehensive development for students are the core task.

He and the school board proactively develop plans and tasks for each school year to meet the practical requirements of the school. Promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with emulation movements and campaigns of the education and training sector such as: "Teach well, study well"; "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning"; "Building friendly schools, active students"; "Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity"; "Training for tomorrow's career"... among staff, teachers and students.

Thanks to the efforts of the staff, teachers and employees, including the contribution of teacher Le Ngoc Thuat, Kien Tho Secondary School has achieved many achievements in its work, becoming a bright spot of the Education and Training sector of Ngoc Lac district. In the 2024-2025 school year, the school has 33 awards for excellent students in cultural subjects at the provincial level, including 1 first prize. School facilities, classrooms, principal's house, school grounds and ancillary works have been invested in and built to meet the requirements of teaching and learning tasks.

Teacher Le Ngoc Thuat said: To improve the quality of teaching, the school has directed subject teachers and professional groups to innovate teaching methods, apply information technology to lectures; focus on selecting and nurturing excellent students.
