On October 30, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak issued a document agreeing on the disciplinary measure of forced dismissal for Mr. Dang Tang (Math teacher at Vo Nguyen Giap High School, Ea O commune), due to repeated violations of regulations on teacher ethics.
According to a report from Vo Nguyen Giap High School, while serving a disciplinary warning, Mr. Dang Tang continued to use his hand to push his colleague's neck hard in the schoolyard, seriously affecting the teaching environment and the teacher's reputation.

At the meeting of the Disciplinary Council of Vo Nguyen Giap High School on October 25, 100% of the members unanimously agreed to request Mr. Tang to be dismissed. In addition, from 2013 to now, Mr. Dang Tang has been disciplined 5 times at different levels such as reprimand and warning.
Based on the above grounds and case records, the Department of Education and Training found that Mr. Dang Tang's violation was a recidivism while serving a disciplinary warning and the violation was of a very large nature, level, and harmful effect, causing public outrage and seriously violating regulations on teachers' ethics, negatively affecting the image of teachers and the pedagogical environment.
Therefore, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province agrees with the proposal of Vo Nguyen Giap High School to apply the disciplinary measure of forced dismissal to Mr. Dang Tang.
As Tien Phong reported, on the morning of October 3, when Mr. Nguyen Truc Sinh (Secretary of the School Youth Union) was performing the task of checking order on campus, he reminded Mr. Tang for parking in the wrong place.
At this time, Mr. Tang raised his voice and choked Mr. Sinh twice, in front of students and school security guards. Afterwards, Mr. Sinh felt pain and showed signs of neck injury.
The school has drawn up a record, recorded the injuries and reported the incident to the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training and Ea O Commune Police for handling according to regulations.
