On October 31, the event "Talk with education managers", organized by the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang province in coordination with the UNESCO Center for Training and Development of Educational Culture, took place enthusiastically, bringing breakthrough solutions for school management in the context of educational innovation.

The conference attracted nearly 500 principals from preschool, general education to continuing education levels in the province, along with the participation of leading economic experts and educational managers. Mr. Tran Viet Quan, Founder of Pathway Tue Duc and Xanh Tue Duc Education Systems, inspired with the topic "Emotional management to manage and build a happy school." Mr. Quan affirmed that a happy school must start with a team of happy staff and teachers.

His sharing applied a two-way interactive method, encouraging principals to openly discuss and directly discuss the difficulties in balancing the pressure of achievement and building a safe and inspiring learning environment.
