In the first half, the Indonesian team had a lot of difficulty in developing the game. The team from the archipelago was under more pressure when Patrick Reichelt opened the score in the 23rd minute.

"We had to play two away games in a row. The time difference and the bad pitch made it difficult for us to adapt. Obviously, despite the various difficulties that affected our performance, we did not give up," coach Shin Tae Yong praised his players after the draw.
"In the first 20 minutes, we didn't play well. I expected the team to have difficulties. I was not wrong when my team had difficulties in the first half because of the quality of the pitch.
We had difficulties because of the field conditions but the players showed good spirit so we played better in the second half," the Korean strategist added.
