According to a survey by Gallup Global Emotions, Vietnam is one of the countries where people spend most of their day smiling.

The Gallup Global Emotions survey, which surveyed about a thousand people from Southeast Asian countries, found that Indonesia was the country where citizens reported smiling most of the day.
