KBSV: Investing in the young generation, nurturing talent, and unleashing financial thinking

(Dan Tri) - KB Securities Vietnam (KBSV) in collaboration with Hanoi National University awarded the "Incubation of Young Scientists 2025" scholarship worth 1 billion VND.

Memorable moments of KBSV representatives, leaders of Hanoi National University and 40 outstanding students honored at the "Incubation of Young Scientists " scholarship award ceremony 2024-2025.

Young Scientists Incubation Journey - More than a Scholarship

2025 marks the third year in the 4-year journey of the "KBSV - Hanoi National University Young Scientists Incubation" scholarship. To date, the program has awarded 120 scholarships worth 3 billion VND to outstanding students.

Mr. Jeon Mun Cheol - General Director of KBSV, shared: "For KBSV, the Young Scientist Incubation Scholarship is not just a simple sponsorship activity, but it is a demonstration of our long-term vision and commitment toeducation and development of young Vietnamese human resources. We believe that investing in the young generation is investing in the future".

KBSV General Director Jeon Mun Cheol, speaking at the event, affirmed KBSV's belief and commitment to accompany the journey of maturity of the young generation of Vietnam.

Student representative receiving the scholarship, Ngo Minh Chau shared: "KBSV scholarship will be a guiding light in my days of continuous efforts, helping me feel that I am not alone on the journey to adulthood. KBSV is like a relative accompanying me to give me more faith and motivation to continue nurturing my dreams, pursuing knowledge and improving myself every day."

Investment - essential skills for the young generation in the new era

Immediately following the scholarship awarding event, KBSV organized a series of seminars providing investment knowledge "Putting all your eggs in the right basket - Investing is a small matter" and quickly attracted a community of students from many different fields of study.

The workshop "Putting all your eggs in the right basket - Investing is a small matter" attracted enthusiastic participation from students from different majors.

The program was hosted by Hoang Duc Trung - a former student of the University of Economics (UEB - Vietnam National University, Hanoi), currently a Prime investment consultant at KBSV. With his humorous and friendly sharing style and his own experiences, Duc Trung helped students untangle the knots when they first entered the investment market.

"Anyone can start their investment journey, whether you are a student in engineering, social sciences, education or arts. Investing is not a game of chance. When you have the knowledge, skills and know how to control your emotions, investing will be a tool to help you master your future," Duc Trung affirmed.

The highlight of the workshop (exchange) is the exploration of investment strategies that suit the psychology and style of Gen Z - flexible, quick but also need to be steadfast in the face of risks. This is a skill, a necessary lifestyle for young people, when in the new era, besides working for a salary, you can earn extra income from interesting investment channels.

KBSV and its efforts to continue writing the story of building a sustainable Vietnam for future generations

Not stopping at current activities, KB Securities Vietnam is also preparing for a series of new playgrounds in the near future such as: creating an active investment ecosystem, a simulated investment competition on the KB Buddy platform, and attractive internship and recruitment programs.
