Mr. Hoang Anh - a resident living near this place said: At around 5 am, when it was still dark, I passed by and saw a person riding a motorbike lying in the middle of the road. I asked and found out that the cause was because the electric wire and the network cable fell onto the road, causing them to be startled and fall off their motorbike. Luckily, at that time, there were not many vehicles, so there was no danger to their lives.

According to the reporter's records, the incident occurred in front of house number 194, Nguyen Truong To street, Yen Due block, Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city. Here, a tangle of electric wires and network cables, about 30 meters long, were tangled together and fell onto the road. Not far away, an electric pole was also crooked and damaged by a pulling force.

Currently, people have used packaging to tie to wires, making a danger signal for passersby to stay away, and at the same time used ladders to prop up the wires for vehicles to pass by.

According to local residents, a large truck with a high bed may have passed through the road at night, dragging the rickety electric pole along. The incident happened at night so no one noticed, and only discovered it in the morning. Locals are currently checking security cameras of nearby households to determine the cause.

Ms. Tran Thi Phuong, a resident at this location, said: Nguyen Truong To Street is traveled by heavy trucks day and night, not only causing damage to the inner city roads but also causing dust and noise pollution to the people living nearby. In fact, this is the second time the power line has been pulled down to the road. Previously, a heavy truck had pulled the power line about 200 meters from this location, and people had to use tree trunks to prop up the wire to get through.

In fact, Nguyen Truong To Street has a large traffic volume, with many heavy trucks traveling on this road to Dang Thai Mai Street to Highway 46. People have made many petitions and complaints, but the situation has not improved.

Currently, Vinh City Electricity and Vinaphone Nghe An network are coordinating to fix the problem. Accordingly, the two units will cut off the power and network cables at this point, not leaving them lying in the middle of the road, and at the same time repair and reconnect them for people at another point as soon as possible. In the long term, people hope that the authorities will increase inspection and handle the situation of overloaded vehicles running on this inner-city road.
