(Dan Tri) - In a traditional Vietnamese outfit, German tourist Flo carefully wraps each spring roll to fry in a pan. With his meticulous and careful movements, many people do not know that this is the first time he has learned how to make spring rolls.
"After mixing the ingredients, we will scoop a spoonful of filling into the middle of the rice paper and wrap it up. Remember to wrap both sides so that when frying, the filling will not leak out," the tour guide shared while slowly working so that the group of German tourists could watch attentively.
Sitting and watching carefully, Mr. Flo, a tourist, began to wrap the cakes. With each meticulous and careful movement, he wrapped the small and pretty spring rolls that at first glance, no one would think this was the first time this guest tried his hand at the craft. It seemed that wrapping spring rolls was not difficult for the foreign guest.
In another area, Biggi was holding chopsticks in one hand and a frying pan in the other, frying the first batch of spring rolls. The Vietnamese tour guide also carefully instructed the guest on how to adjust the heat so that the spring rolls were evenly cooked on the inside and crispy on the outside, without burning.

"The tour guide reminded me that if one side was golden brown, I had to flip it to the other side. But I'm not very good at holding chopsticks, so I was a bit confused. If I used too much force, I could tear the outer layer of the spring roll, which would not look delicious," said Biggi.
In the middle of the majestic mountains, learning how to make a new dish and then enjoying it was a very new experience for a family from Australia and Manchester (UK).
"I've had fried spring rolls in Hanoi before. But this is the first time I've seen how elaborately they are prepared. It's not easy, but it's fun to learn something new," said Lucy Handley.

According to research, the place providing this service is located in a tourist attraction in Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh . The way to get here is quite easy to find. If tourists go from Tam Coc ferry, turn to Thung Nham ferry and they will arrive.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung said that almost 100% of the days, this place has foreign tourists coming to experience, with the number depending on the time. Visitors buy tickets outside the door for 75,000 VND, get to experience free waterfall bathing, feeding ducks, feeding buffaloes and get a drink.
Fried spring rolls are one of the traditional Vietnamese dishes loved by foreign visitors.
In addition, this destination also offers a tour to learn how to cook traditional local dishes for 20 USD/person (more than 500,000 VND). This tour lasts about 2 hours. During the tour, visitors will wear traditional Vietnamese clothes and learn how to wrap fried spring rolls, make rice rolls, and wrap grilled bone meat with betel leaves.
Each crash course only accepts a maximum of 10 students because if there are too many students, it will be difficult to get careful guidance. Mr. Hung said that there is a local family staying here and accompanying and guiding foreign guests in cooking. This is one of the most popular experiences for many guests.
"The cooking class experience is mostly chosen by European guests. They learn how to make familiar Vietnamese dishes in the fresh, green space of nature, so most of them feel satisfied.
From November to March next year is the peak season for European and American visitors, so this is the time we start to get busy welcoming guests," said Mr. Hung.
It is known that after finishing the dishes, guests continue to be instructed on how to prepare and cook them, then enjoy the results together.
