Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism Nguyen Tran Quang said that with the theme “Enjoying Hanoi”, the Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025 not only honors the beverage industry and culinary culture – the pride of the capital and the country – but also promotes the image of Hanoi as an attractive culinary city, where visitors can enjoy unique flavors associated with culture and life. This is also an opportunity to connect the tourism industry with the fields of F&B, restaurants, hotels, and travel, contributing to promoting sustainable economic and tourism development.
Within the framework of the festival, visitors will experience traditional Hanoi drinks, three-region drinks, creative drinks, health care drinks and international drinks; learn about traditional craft spaces, "Hanoi Flavor" culinary spaces and attractive activities such as bartender performances, mixing workshops, and F&B trend discussions.

Not just for enjoyment, the festival is also a bridge to preserve cultural values, inspire creativity and spread love for Hanoi cuisine and drinks.
The festival is the highlight in a series of activities to stimulate tourism and celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day, and at the same time honor the tourism industry.
With 80 colorful booths, the festival opens up a rich space for visitors to "enjoy". From traditional drinks of Hanoi and the three regions such as tea, chè, reflecting the green and healthy living trend of the times.

The international beverage space brings the colors of integration, while the “Hanoi Flavor” culinary area with traditional crafts takes visitors into the world of exquisite cuisine and cultural stories told through the talented hands of artisans. In addition, the artistic check-in area with unique lighting and miniatures will capture brilliant moments, typical of Hanoi autumn.
During the 5 days of the festival, there will be many attractive activities such as: cultural and artistic performances, music and dance, folk games, game shows, experiential workshops, bartending and culinary demonstrations right on the stage and booth area.

Within the framework of the festival, the seminar "Elevating F&B services in tourism experiences" will be a forum for experts and businesses to exchange trends and share solutions to attract tourists through food and beverage services.
The festival also strongly spreads the message of green tourism, encourages the use of environmentally friendly materials, limits plastic waste, and aims for sustainable development. The decorative space is also elaborately designed with flags, welcome gates, and artistic miniatures simulating the flow of flavors, combined with modern lighting, creating a vibrant atmosphere during the historic autumn days.
