The completed project not only helps people travel conveniently and ensures traffic safety, but also opens up opportunities for socio -economic development for the locality.

The inauguration of the new bridge is a long-awaited wish of the people of Tan Lap hamlet, Tran Van Thoi commune.

The new bridge is 20m long, 2m wide, has a solar lighting system for nighttime lighting, the total construction cost is 100 million VND, of which the people contributed 15 million VND, the rest was sponsored by the "Joining Forces in Ca Mau " Group connecting with sponsors.

People in Tan Lap hamlet are excited to have a new traffic bridge.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tieu Van Tot, Head of the Economic Department of Tran Van Thoi Commune, expressed his joy and deep gratitude to the donors and volunteer groups who have accompanied the locality. He emphasized: “Tran Van Thoi Commune has a dense system of canals, making travel and transporting goods difficult. Therefore, each bridge built has a special significance, not only helping people travel conveniently, but also opening up opportunities for trade, developing production, and improving people's lives”.

Children of Tan Lap hamlet came early, excitedly waiting to receive gifts.

During 7 years of operation, the “Joining Forces in Ca Mau” Group has mobilized the construction and donation of 162 rural traffic bridges across the province. These bridges not only connect the two banks, but also build a bridge of love, spreading the spirit of humanity to people in remote areas. In 2025 alone, the group completed 9 new bridges, contributing to improving traffic infrastructure, creating conditions for economic development, and improving people's lives.

Sharing at the ceremony, Ms. Pham Thi My Nao, representative of the "Joining hands with Ca Mau" group, was moved: "We are very happy to be a bridge connecting kind hearts, together with the local government, bringing practical joy to the people. Each bridge is a bridge of love, a companion of the community to help people in rural areas have better conditions for development. Seeing the bright smiles of the people today, we have more motivation to continue this volunteer journey."

In addition to connecting to build rural traffic bridges, the "Joining Forces in Ca Mau" Group also regularly connects to give gifts to students and poor households, contributing to spreading the spirit of sharing and caring for the lives of people in rural areas.

On this occasion, the "Joining Forces in Ca Mau" Group also presented 25 gifts to students in difficult circumstances in Tan Lap hamlet, contributing to encouraging their learning spirit and bringing a warm and affectionate atmosphere to local people.

The group is currently connecting with sponsors to build a new bridge in Tan Hung commune, replacing this unsafe wooden bridge.
