The 2025 Autumn Fair (the Fair) will take place from October 26th to November 4th, 2025, at the National Exhibition Center, Co Loa, Dong Anh, Hanoi . The exhibition space for Ca Mau province at the Fair is expected to have the theme "Ca Mau: Forest Fragrance - Sea Taste" with a total budget of over 5 billion VND.
Ca Mau province has been allocated a space with a floor area of 200m2 to promote and introduce its potential and advantages; typical products and distinctive specialties; and display OCOP products of the province.
Currently, preparations for participation in the Fair are being urgently carried out by relevant departments and units, ensuring progress meets the requirements of the Organizing Committee.
According to the Department of Industry and Trade's report, as of now, 16 units with approximately 100 products have registered to display and introduce their products at the fair. The Department of Industry and Trade will continue to compile the list and encourage more businesses in the province to participate. This will create opportunities to promote trade, production, consumption, connect supply and demand, expand commerce, and attract domestic and foreign investment.

At the meeting, delegates discussed and contributed ideas to finalize the design of the exhibition space, including: the entrance gate, the model of Ca Mau Cape, the OCOP (One Commune One Product) exhibition area, the livestreaming area for provincial products, the dome model, conical hats, the interactive 3D effect floor, the product freezing warehouse, etc., ensuring that it meets the criteria and requirements set by the Organizing Committee, while being economical and effectively serving the promotion of tourism , production, and business.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen emphasized: Preparations for participation in the fair are very urgent; therefore, he requested that departments and agencies implement the assigned tasks with the utmost urgency. However, the implementation process must follow regulations. Regarding inviting entities and selecting OCOP products to participate, it must ensure that the products meet the criteria of being distinctive, outstanding, and having the potential to widely promote local products to friends and partners.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen also noted that the consulting unit should incorporate the solutions suggested by delegates at the meeting; at the same time, he requested the Department of Industry and Trade and other relevant departments and agencies to coordinate with the consulting unit to finalize the exhibition space design, ensuring it is completed within the timeframe required by the Organizing Committee.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that, during the revision process, the three strategic development pillars of the province—fisheries, tourism, and renewable energy—be highlighted. This would create a prominent showcase of the province's potential and strengths to domestic and international friends and partners visiting the Ca Mau province exhibition space at this fair.
