Participating in the festival, the teams must go through 4 rounds: Part 1 - Team introduction: Demonstrating the team's spirit of solidarity, creativity and personal message. Part 2 - Book introduction: Each team chooses a meaningful book, easy to present in the form of drama, play, song and dance to convey the content in a lively and attractive way. Part 3 - Introducing an innovative experience or new, effective model in developing reading culture and serving lifelong learning in the locality, agency, unit, school. Part 4 - Talent competition: Demonstrating individual or collective talents related to the topic of books and reading culture.
