Faced with complicated weather developments, this morning (October 7), the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province issued an urgent dispatch on promptly responding to heavy rain, floods, landslides, flash floods, and deploying measures to ensure the safety of the dike system in the province.

Kim Van village, Van Lang commune, was deeply flooded, people had to be urgently evacuated.
