Thanks to the implementation of the aforementioned model, the administrative procedures handling process in Khanh Thuan commune has seen positive changes. From the beginning of the year until now, the commune's One-Stop Service Center has received 1,607 requests related to administrative procedures, and all 1,067 requests have been resolved on time or ahead of schedule, with no delayed applications.

Mr. Dao Thu Hai, from Hamlet 20, Khanh Thuan Commune, said: “I came to the commune to process my child's application. Thanks to knowing the commune's administrative reform hotline and the one-stop service department's Zalo account, I was able to communicate with the officer in charge beforehand and received guidance on preparing the necessary documents, so the process was quick. Here, I was also guided on how to submit applications online. I will guide my relatives on how to submit some applications online from home, without having to go to the commune, saving both time and travel.”
To facilitate public access, the commune's administrative reform hotline and the commune's one-stop service center's Zalo account are now posted on the Khanh Thuan commune's electronic information portal, Zalo, and Fanpage so that people are aware of them. This information is also widely disseminated to all hamlets for public dissemination. In addition, the commune has installed QR code boards for each area under its jurisdiction, allowing people to access and view detailed instructions on procedures, thus speeding up the application process.
Mr. Pham Quoc Thien shared: “The commune continues to improve communication solutions among the people and businesses to register for level 2 electronic identification, integrate necessary personal documents, integrate electronic health records; register online public service accounts to submit applications online, and certify electronic copies. At the same time, we urge and inspect the implementation of public disclosure of administrative procedures according to regulations; promptly upload administrative procedures on the electronic one-stop service software. We encourage officials and employees to have more initiatives and positive solutions in resolving administrative procedures, contributing to the effective implementation of administrative reform at agencies and units.”
