* The survey team of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee conducted surveys and worked in the communes of Cho Moi, Dinh Hoa, Kim Phuong and Phu Dinh.
In Cho Moi commune, the delegation surveyed the licensing situation of two mineral exploitation projects including: Limestone mine in Deo Vai village and clay mine in Khuan Bang village, and considered reflecting voters' opinions on repairing and upgrading provincial road 256.
In Kim Phuong commune, voters proposed that the province upgrade and expand National Highway 3C (from Km31 to Dinh Hoa commune) and study the construction of a roundabout at the central intersection of Dinh Hoa commune to reduce the risk of traffic accidents.
Voters of Dinh Hoa commune requested the province to inspect and plan to build embankments to prevent landslides at the Cang Cho Chu historical site, the section adjacent to the Trung Kien residential group road. Currently, this area has some small landslides and there is a risk of large landslides, affecting traffic safety and relic conservation work.
Voters in Phu Dinh commune reported that the road from Deo De intersection to Tan Trao ( Tuyen Quang ) currently has about 30m of no drainage ditches on both sides of the road, so soil and rocks flow down into the fields every time it rains.

The working group recorded the results of resolving voters' petitions related to the repair and upgrading of provincial road 256, km 31 on national highway 3C; requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to continue researching and have plans to resolve voters' petitions with the highest efficiency. At the same time, synthesize and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council for consideration and direction to resolve voters' opinions and petitions in the coming time.
* In Linh Son ward, the delegation surveyed three main contents: The progress of the Cao Ngan Small Industrial Cluster affects the construction and renovation of people's houses; the current state of the degraded electricity system in Tan Lap hamlet; and the proposal to renovate and upgrade National Highway 17 due to high traffic density and potential safety risks.

According to the report, many recommendations have been resolved: proposing to remove Cao Ngan Small Industrial Cluster from the planning so as not to affect the people; directing Thanh Son Electricity Service Cooperative to have a plan to improve the electricity system; assigning the Provincial Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Traffic and Agricultural Works to study the plan to renovate National Highway 17.
Comments will continue to be compiled and reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee for handling direction.
* In Yen Thinh, Cho Don, Phong Quang and Thanh Mai communes:
In Yen Thinh commune, the delegation surveyed the content of voters' reflections on the waste situation of the Non-ferrous Metal Company Branch affecting the cultivated land area of some households. The locality and specialized agencies reported specifically on the level of impact, handling measures and solutions to ensure environmental safety and stable production for the people.

In Cho Don, Phong Quang and Thanh Mai communes, the survey team recorded many recommendations related to the canal system and traffic routes being degraded, especially after heavy rains. Localities provided detailed information on damaged locations that directly affected production and people's lives...
The survey team inspected the actual situation and fully recorded the local proposals to synthesize a report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to forward to the relevant agencies for consideration and settlement according to their authority.
* In communes: Ba Be, Thuong Minh, Cam Giang and Duc Xuan ward.
In Ba Be commune, the working group surveyed the opinions of voters in Pac Ngoi village reflecting the slow progress of Pac Ngoi suspension bridge construction. At the time of the voters' petition, the project was in the construction phase. By April 2025, the project was completed and is currently in the trial phase. By December 2025, the quality, operational capacity and technical factors will be inspected and evaluated before acceptance according to regulations.

During the survey, the Working Group pointed out some defective details during the operation process and will request the investor to repair and fix them before acceptance and handover for use.
Next, the working group went directly to Phieng Kham village, Thuong Minh commune to survey voters' opinions on supporting investment in building resettlement areas for 20 households in Phieng Phang and Phieng Kham villages. Currently, the households are all located in areas at risk of landslides and flash floods. Up to this point, the People's Committee of Thuong Minh commune has reviewed the location and proposed project implementation and plans for stabilizing the population; at the same time, organized a meeting to collect opinions from households.
In Cam Giang commune, voters reported the situation of materials gathered from Na Ca limestone quarry on Nguyen Phuc - Sy Binh road, obstructing the view, posing a potential risk to traffic safety, and requested the electricity sector to promptly relocate two electric poles located in the area of Hong Tien village sports field construction. The working group took note and requested the local government to coordinate with relevant units to review and take remedial measures.

In Duc Xuan ward, the working group surveyed the forestry road belonging to group 11B left by the old management unit. The road is currently degraded, and after heavy rains, landslides often occur, making it impossible for vehicles to travel, directly affecting the forestry production activities of the people. The working group requested the authorities to inspect and have a timely repair plan.
Through the survey, the Working Group continues to synthesize and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council for consideration and direction for settlement according to authority.
