Groundbreaking ceremony of the infrastructure construction investment project of Kim Thai Industrial Cluster, Vu Ban Commune

Welcoming the success of the 1st Congress of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030 and towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, on the morning of October 10, the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Vu Ban commune held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Kim Thai Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Investment Project. Provincial leaders and delegates attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Kim Thai Industrial Cluster, Vu Ban commune.

Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Anh Chuc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Anh Dung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee: Nguyen Cao Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hoang Anh, Head of the Provincial Economic Zones and Industrial Parks Management Board; Tran Minh Hoan, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Vu Ban commune; Dinh Xuan Hung, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Hong Quang ward; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, localities and people in the commune.

The Kim Thai Industrial Park infrastructure construction investment project has a scale of 69 hectares, with a total investment capital of over VND 899.7 billion, invested by Thien Minh Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (a member unit of Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company).

The project aims to build a synchronous, modern technical infrastructure that meets standards in terms of traffic, electricity, water supply and drainage, and environmental treatment; attract domestic and foreign investors, focusing on clean industry, supporting industry, and renewable energy...

When put into operation, the project is expected to create stable jobs for more than 5,000 local workers with an average income of 8-10 million VND/month, contributing to promoting economic restructuring, increasing budget revenue, improving technical infrastructure, and positively contributing to the province's GRDP growth. At the same time, the project also aims at social goals such as: supporting social security, vocational training, helping poor households, contributing to improving the quality of people's lives.

Comrade Tran Minh Hoan, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Vu Ban Commune People's Council spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Tran Minh Hoan, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Chairman of Vu Ban Commune People's Council, requested the investor to mobilize maximum resources, urgently carry out construction to ensure quality, synchronization, modernity and ahead of schedule; actively attract secondary investors with high technology, environmentally friendly; at the same time, together with the local government, fulfill social responsibility, take care of people's lives, especially households donating land to build the project.

Vu Ban commune leaders pledged to create all favorable conditions for the project to be implemented effectively, ensuring infrastructure connections, security and order, and at the same time building a system of social institutions, services, healthcare, education ... to serve investors and workers in the long term.

Within the framework of the groundbreaking ceremony, provincial leaders witnessed the signing of land lease contracts and cooperation agreements; performed the groundbreaking ceremony and participated in tree planting in the project area.
