The two bridges, named Tu Son and Hai Cat, are designed to be 25m long, 3m wide, with a load capacity of 2.5 tons and a clearance of 2.5m, built with reinforced concrete structure. The total cost of implementation is 700 million VND, sponsored by GLENWOOD HORECA Joint Stock Company and the Saigon People's Social Vegetarian Restaurant.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Vinh Loc Commune People's Committee Tran Thanh Hon said: In recent times, along with the orientation of socio -economic development, the locality has always paid attention to investing and upgrading the rural transport infrastructure system. Many large projects invested by the Central and the province are about to be put into use, such as the 7.7 km North-South Expressway passing through the commune, the 6.6 km Ho Chi Minh Road (Gach Soi - Ben Nhat, Go Quao - Vinh Thuan section), and the 15.291 km Phuoc Long - Ba Dinh route. These projects contribute to improving people's lives, creating favorable conditions for people to travel and exchange goods.

However, many roads and canals within the fields have not yet been invested in, causing difficulties in traveling, especially for students going to school. The groundbreaking of the two new bridges will help people travel more safely and conveniently, while promoting local socio-economic development.
