On the afternoon of March 26, at Vietnam Television, the Standing Committee of the Central Agencies Youth Union organized the 93rd Anniversary of the Founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and a Dialogue between the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies; the Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union with outstanding cadres, union members and young people in 2024 with the theme "Developing high-quality young human resources to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development of the country and international integration".
Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen Van The, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc; Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union, together with comrades leading departments and units of the Party Committee of the Bloc and 500 delegates who are key Youth Union officials, outstanding students of universities and academies in the Central Agencies Bloc.
At the program, reviewing the glorious tradition of the Union and Vietnamese youth over the past 93 years, comrade Bui Hoang Tung, Secretary of the Union of Central Agencies, stated: Through the 93-year glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, born and grown through the ups and downs of the revolution, directly organized,educated and trained by the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has encouraged generations of young Vietnamese to not be afraid of hardships, sacrifices, and make excellent contributions to the revolutionary cause, fostering the glorious tradition of the Union and youth.
Reviewing the glorious tradition of the Union and Vietnamese youth over the past 93 years, Secretary of the Central Agencies Union Bui Hoang Tung expressed that the youth of the Union are very proud of the 69-year tradition of building and growing up of the Central Agencies Union. With nearly 90,000 union members and young people studying, working and working at strategic advisory agencies of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, agencies, research institutes and central-level training facilities, in recent years, the youth of the Central Agencies Union have always been deeply aware of their responsibilities to the country, to their agencies and units; always strive to improve themselves, regularly improve their expertise and skills, actively practice moral qualities and have made many important contributions to the development of the country.
The Secretary of the Central Agencies Youth Union shared that the program to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the Youth Union's founding is an important occasion for the Standing Committee of the Central Agencies Party Committee and the Central Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to listen to the thoughts, aspirations, recommendations and proposals related to the implementation of policies and strategies for developing young human resources in the Central Agencies; thereby, promptly resolving and removing difficulties and obstacles related to policies on developing young human resources in the coming time.
At the same time, it shows the affection, responsibility and deep concern of the Party Committee of the Bloc, the Central Youth Union, the leaders of the Central agencies, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union for the development of youth, in order to further promote the spirit of dedication, initiative and volunteerism of the youth in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

In the coming time, with his responsibility, the Party Secretary of the Bloc emphasized that he will closely direct the subordinate Party Committees, as well as closely coordinate with the Party delegations, Party executive committees, and leaders of Central agencies in implementing the strategy of attracting and promoting talents. Sharing about promoting the advantages of union members and youth of Central Agencies to contribute to the country's development, Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Ngoc Luong said that the Youth Union organizations need to identify and promote these advantages in organizing and designing movements and activities of the Youth Union to create an environment for training, dedication and maturity for union members and youth, while also effectively contributing to the implementation of political tasks of Central agencies.
The Standing Secretary of the Central Youth Union believes that it is the union members and young people who must propose and organize activities that are suitable for their units and organizations. Each cadre and union member must be aware of their position, role and mission to strive in each field and meet the standards in the qualities of cadres of central agencies.
Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Luong also emphasized that implementing Youth Union activities must originate from professional activities.
