The Department of Environmental Police in coordination with the Investigation Police Agency, Ministry of Public Security , discovered violations of accounting regulations, causing serious consequences, occurring at companies and business households in the Hoang Huong ecosystem. The leader of this ecosystem once appeared on social networks as a successful businesswoman with a confident image, flaunting her wealth.

Hoang Huong also attracted attention for her long list of violations related to advertising functional foods, disparaging statements about the community, and controversial business activities.

18 companies, 25 business households and 44 individuals are in the ecosystem established by Hoang Huong to sell functional foods, health protection foods and some other products. Although he is the person who runs the entire business, this is the way this subject excuses his behavior.

To commit tax evasion, Huong directed her employees to apply revenue to business households and individuals who registered for business. Initial investigation results determined that from January 2021 to June 2025, Hoang Huong left nearly VND 1,800 billion in revenue off the accounting books, incorrectly declaring nearly VND 2,100 billion in revenue according to Value Added Tax regulations.

Regarding the violations, the police investigation agency, Ministry of Public Security has initiated a case, prosecuted 6 defendants for violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences, including Hoang Thi Huong, 2 brothers-in-law and 3 employees. The police agency is continuing to investigate and expand other acts against the subjects.

Hoang Huong (born in 1987, in Phu Tho), is known as a businesswoman operating in the pharmaceutical and health sectors. Currently, on her personal social networking sites, Hoang Huong introduces herself as the owner of the Hoang Huong Confident Smile International Dental Clinic chain in Hanoi .

In 2020, Hoang Huong posted inaccurate information about the storm situation in Quang Binh , affecting the reputation and support work to overcome the consequences of the locality.
