The People's Procuracy of Tu Son City ( Bac Ninh ) has just approved the Decision to prosecute Nguyen The Dao (born in 1981, residing in Dai Vi, Dai Dong Commune, Tien Du District, Bac Ninh ) for the crime of Resisting a person on official duty under Article 330 of the Penal Code.
On October 21, the Traffic Police Team of Tu Son City Police focused on controlling vehicles to ensure security and order and violations of traffic safety and order from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on the inter-commune road of Phu Loc, Phu Chan, Tu Son, Bac Ninh.

At around 8:10 p.m. the same day, the patrol team signaled the motorbike to stop to check the alcohol concentration, but Nguyen The Dao turned around and ran away, hitting soldier Nguyen Tien Hung, a police officer of Phu Chan ward.
Immediately, the patrol team arrested and measured Dao's alcohol concentration, finding that his alcohol concentration was 0.224 milligrams per liter of breath. The inspection also found that Dao was driving a motorbike without a vehicle registration as required and without a driver's license.
At the police station, Nguyen The Dao admitted that because he was afraid of being punished by the Traffic Police for administrative violations of using alcohol, driving a vehicle without a registered vehicle as prescribed, and without a driver's license, Dao turned around and fled, and drove his motorbike into a member of the patrol team when he was prevented from escaping.
The case is currently being clarified by Tu Son City authorities according to legal regulations.
